These terms cover exterior cleaning booked with High Five Window Cleaning at 5055 Old Ellis Point Ste D5, Roswell, GA 30076.
Quotes
Phone and text quotes are based on what you describe. If the house is larger, higher, or dirtier than described, we will reprice before we start, not after.
Scheduling
You get a day and an arrival window. Weather, especially storms and hard rain on wash days, can move the window. We will tell you. Exterior work can happen if you are out, provided we have access. Interior windows require someone home.
Scope
We clean homes and low-rise commercial buildings up to three stories. We do not do high-rise or rope-access work. Screen cleaning is an add-on. We will not force a sash, storm, or screen that is painted shut or broken. We will point it out instead.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 3 days and we will come back and correct it at no charge. Gutter cleaning is guaranteed for 2 weeks: debris we left behind, or a downspout we failed to clear. Leaves from a new storm are a new cleaning.
Property
Tell us about dogs, locked gates, and where the water is. We are insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing loose glass, failed seals, or gutter hangers that let go because the trough was packed solid — we will stop and show you.
